Onefin are pleased to present our development; “Northshore”. Upon completion the subject site will be a bustling retail centre at the cusp of the Stockland Northshore development. The project will feature a daily needs centre, tenanted by a multinational supermarket chain and a number of the most prominent retailors in the national market, along with a KFC, Krispy Kreme and Greenleaves Early Learning. The project is currently under construction, with Practical Completion predicted in Q1 2025.
