This newly developed Gym is located on Stafford Road which experiences large daily traffic counts of 30,000 vehicles. The tenant, World Gym, is a large-scale multinational brand, and they were provided with a premier space in order to match their holistic approach to fitness. With over 100 car spaces and 2,500m2 of internal area across two floors, the development provides multi-faceted facilities for all its visitors.
