The site was leased to Autosports Group Castle Hill in February 2015. One side of the site Autosports Group conduct Volkswagen Servicing, with the remainder used for Prestige Used Motor Vehicle Sales & Distribution, in a recently refurbished building with an updated exterior. Autosports Group has recently signed a new 7-year lease.
