This high exposure 13,000m2 site was acquired in 2021 by OneFin, and was granted approval for staged commercial redevelopment as a mixed-use site with a large format gym (Fitness Cartel) and two quick service restaurants (Guzman Y Gomez, Slim’s Burgers).
Working closely with Hutchinson Builders, OneFin were able to breathe life back into the existing 2,000m2 structure and successfully deliver a high-end finish for the incoming tenant to begin trading immediately. Features delivered by OneFin for the incoming tenant included group fitness rooms, cycle studio, cafe, child-minding, expansive main floor, private training areas, designer bathroom finishes and over 130 car parks.
